Galvanized Steel Products – Production Process Description

Our galvanized steel products are manufactured through a precise and high-quality process to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and superior performance.
1. Material Preparation
High-quality steel coils or sheets are cleaned to remove impurities, oils, and oxides using alkaline solutions, acid pickling, and rinsing.
2. Annealing
The steel is heated in a furnace to recrystallize the grain structure, enhancing flexibility and strength.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing
The steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath (at ~450°C), forming a metallurgical bond. This creates a protective zinc coating that prevents rust.
4. Cooling & Finishing
After galvanizing, the steel is cooled and may undergo additional treatments (e.g., passivation or chromating) for extra corrosion resistance.
5. Inspection & Testing
Each batch undergoes strict quality checks, including coating thickness measurement, adhesion tests, and visual inspections.
6. Cutting & Packaging
The galvanized steel is cut to size and securely packaged for shipment, ensuring damage-free delivery.
Our galvanized steel offers excellent longevity and is widely used in construction, automotive, and industrial applications.
